Terms of service

These terms govern your use of GrowIQ, a service operated by Tiny Play Dates Pte. Ltd., Singapore. By creating an account or using GrowIQ you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business whose workspace you use.
The service
GrowIQ analyses marketing, lead and search data that you import or connect, and produces metrics, findings and recommendations. Recommendations are advisory: your team decides whether to act on them, and you remain responsible for changes made to your ads, website and other systems.
No guarantees of results
We do not guarantee search rankings, mentions in AI assistants, leads, enrolments, sales or any other outcome. AI-generated explanations can contain mistakes; check important numbers against the evidence linked in the app.
Your account and data
- Keep your login secure and tell us about any unauthorised use.
- You own your business data and the reports created for you. You give us the right to process it only to provide the service.
- You confirm you have the right to upload or connect the data you provide, and that it does not include data you are not allowed to share. Do not upload personal details of children.
- You can export your data or close your workspace at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not use GrowIQ to break the law, to infringe others' rights, to send spam, or to attempt to access other customers' data or disrupt the service.
Third-party services
Connections to Google, ad platforms, CRMs and others are governed by those providers' own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or changes to their APIs.
Fees
Paid plans are billed as agreed in your order or plan. Pass-through costs such as advertising spend are paid by you directly to the ad platforms, never through us.
Our intellectual property
The GrowIQ software, design and know-how remain ours. These terms do not transfer them to you.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will tell account owners about material changes. Either party may end the service with notice; on termination your access ends and your data is handled as described in our Privacy policy.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction.
