GrowIQ is a marketing intelligence service operated by Tiny Play Dates Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what data GrowIQ handles, why, and the choices you have.
Who this applies to
- Account users: people who sign in to GrowIQ (business owners and their team).
- Customer data: marketing and lead data a business imports or connects. For that data the business is the controller and we process it on its behalf.
What we collect
- Account data: name, email address, password (stored hashed), workspace membership and role.
- Business data you provide: brands, websites, competitors, funnel settings, and files you upload such as ad spend and CRM exports.
- Lead data: only a lead's CRM ID, dates, source, campaign and funnel stage. Our importer deliberately ignores names, phone numbers, email addresses and any details about children in uploaded files.
- Data from connected accounts, only if you connect them: e.g. Google Analytics and Search Console reports, ad platform spend and results.
- Public web data: search results, public pages of your and your competitors' websites, and answers from AI assistants to the questions you track.
- Usage and security logs: actions in the app (the audit log), errors, and basic request logs.
How we use it
To provide the service you signed up for: calculating your marketing metrics, detecting problems, generating recommendations and reports, and answering your questions about your own data. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use customer data to advertise to anyone.
Google user data
If you connect a Google account, GrowIQ requests read-only access to the Google Analytics and Google Search Console data you choose. We use it only to show your traffic, conversion and search performance inside your GrowIQ workspace and to compute the insights described above.
GrowIQ's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular, we do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, we do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide the service or as required by law, and we do not use it to train general-purpose AI models. Humans at GrowIQ read it only with your permission, for security, or where the law requires. You can disconnect Google at any time in your workspace settings or in your Google account permissions; we then delete the stored access tokens.
AI processing
Some features send your workspace's metrics and findings to an AI model provider (Anthropic) to generate explanations, recommendations and briefs. The provider processes this data on our behalf and does not use it to train its models under our commercial terms.
Service providers
- Supabase (database, authentication, file storage; Singapore region)
- Vercel (web hosting)
- Anthropic (AI processing)
- Resend (transactional email)
- DataForSEO and Google (search results, page speed, and the Google data you connect)
Some providers process data outside your country. We rely on contractual safeguards with each of them.
Retention and deletion
We keep workspace data while the workspace is active. When a workspace is closed, we delete its data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep records longer. You can ask for an export or deletion of your data at any time.
Security
Each workspace's data is isolated at the database level, connections are encrypted, secrets are stored in an encrypted vault, and every change is recorded in an audit log.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under Singapore's PDPA or Vietnam's personal data protection law), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
